Hifz: Structured Quran Memorisation
Memorising the Quran is less about talent than about a system followed every single day. New memorisation, recent revision and older revision each have their place.

- Sabaq para: recent memorisation, revised daily so it settles
- Manzil: older memorisation, revised on a rota so it is never lost
- Techniques for holding similar-sounding verses apart
- Correcting Tajweed as you memorise, so errors are not memorised too
- Building a routine the student can actually sustain
How lessons run
In practice
Your teacher sets the daily portion based on what the student can genuinely hold, not on a fixed target. Each lesson begins with revision and ends with new memorisation. Parents receive regular updates so you know exactly where your child is.
Pace and fees
How long it takes
Honest answer: it varies enormously. It depends on the student’s age, daily time, how strong their reading already is, and how consistent they can be. Any academy quoting a fixed timeline without meeting the student is guessing. Your teacher will give you a realistic estimate after a few weeks.

Questions
About this course
Should my child finish Tajweed before starting Hifz?
Ideally yes. Memorising with incorrect pronunciation means the mistakes get memorised too, and they are difficult to undo later.
How much time does Hifz need each day?
Consistency matters more than length. A shorter session every day is far better than a long session twice a week.
What happens if my child falls behind?
The plan adjusts. We reduce the new portion and protect the revision, because losing old memorisation is the real setback.
