About these terms
By booking a trial class or enrolling a student, you agree to these terms. If a parent or guardian enrols a child, the parent or guardian is the one agreeing to them and is responsible for fees and conduct.

- After the trial you may choose a plan and a schedule. Enrolment begins when the first payment is made
- We will assign a qualified female teacher and keep the same teacher with the student wherever possible
- We may decline or end an enrolment where behaviour towards a teacher is abusive, or where fees go unpaid
Fees and payment
- Fees are set out on the fees page and depend on lessons per week
- Fees are payable [[FILL: in advance monthly, or your actual billing cycle]]

Cancellation and refunds
- There is no long-term contract and you may stop at any time

- Refunds: [[FILL: full refund policy, including whether unused lessons in a paid month are refunded or credited]]
- We may end an enrolment immediately for abusive conduct, with any unused balance handled as described above
Conduct during lessons
Lessons should be a calm and respectful space for both student and teacher. We ask that:
- Students attend on time and ready, with their Quran or Qaida to hand
- Students and family members treat teachers with respect at all times
- Lessons are attended from a suitable, reasonably quiet space
- Lessons are not recorded, photographed or shared without written permission from both the teacher and us
- Parents are welcome to sit in on any lesson at any time
We take the safety and dignity of our teachers seriously. Abusive, harassing or inappropriate behaviour towards a teacher will end an enrolment immediately and without refund of that period.
What we are responsible for
- We provide teaching by qualified female hafiza teachers, with reasonable care and skill
- We cannot guarantee a particular rate of progress, since that depends on the student’s attendance and practice
- We are not responsible for your internet connection, device or power supply
- We are not liable for indirect losses. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the [[FILL: liability cap period, e.g. previous three months]]
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information when enrolling, and tell us if it changes
- Make sure a suitable device and connection are available for lessons
- Supervise young children as appropriate during online lessons
- Pay fees when they are due
